Oyindamola began career in banking where she rose to Relationship Manager and later Head of Public Sector Group at Equitorial Trust Bank, building expertise in finance, public sector engagement, and large institutional projects.
Oyindamola Lami Adeyemi is an entrepreneur, executive chairperson, and a strategic architect of Nigeria’s industrial landscape. She is the founder and chairperson of Still Earth Holdings, where she has spent over fifteen years building the physical and financial systems required for national stability. For more than two decades, her work has focused on closing the structural gaps between capital allocation and the actual delivery of infrastructure.
Today, she leads a diverse portfolio of companies across construction, finance, and energy. Through Still Earth Construction, she has established a reputation for reliability in a sector often defined by its challenges; her teams have delivered projects that support trade corridors and urban expansion across Nigeria. In 2019, she expanded this commitment to technical depth by founding Tirex Petroleum and Energy, which secured approximately 30 percent of the nation’s drilling market share within its first few years of operation.
Oyindamola has seen firsthand how disciplined capital and operational competence can transform a regional economy. At Still Earth Capital Finance, she led efforts to stabilize the small business sector, providing structured support to over 100,000 customers in a single four-year period. Her work is rooted in the belief that business alone cannot stabilize a nation; rather, it is the strength of the institutions behind those businesses that creates lasting resilience. This conviction led her to establish The Green Renaissance, a platform dedicated to fostering institutional strength and leadership advancement within civil society.
Raised at the intersection of northern and southwestern Nigeria, Oyindamola grew up navigating the cultural nuances of a Hausa-Fulani mother from Gombe and a Yoruba father from Ondo. This early exposure to multiple perspectives became a cornerstone of her leadership style, allowing her to build partnerships that respect regional differences and national complexities.
She holds a degree in Political Science and has completed specialized executive education in Political Economy and Governance. Oyindamola is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner President Management Program, where she further refined her lens on strategic global enterprise.
She lives and works from her home, where she balances her executive responsibilities with a dedication to her morning rituals and a lifelong pursuit of learning.

“ My vision has always been anchored in building enterprises that remain useful long after the founding moment. The goal is not simply to grow businesses, but to strengthen the systems that allow communities and industries to function with greater reliability. “

Enterprise has been the primary platform for my work. Each company strengthens a broader ecosystem: construction supports development, finance stabilizes growth, and energy deepens technical capability.

Business alone cannot create balanced societies. Through The Green Renaissance, I support leadership development, civic participation, and stronger conditions for institutions to thrive.
